1. Replace the unit, if a replacement is available.
2. Repair the unit, if a repair is possible.
3. Refund your purchase if neither a replacement nor a repair can be provided.
We prioritize resolving any issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
• All products come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.
Returns Policy
• Returns are accepted only for faulty items or manufacturing defects.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns, a 30% restocking fee applies to cover non-recoverable merchant and conversion fees incurred during the initial transaction.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Inspection: Once the item is returned, we will inspect it to confirm the fault.
3. Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will either replace, repair, or refund the item as per the terms above.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the fault lies with us.
Refunds
