Once you have filled out the online form you would have a option to print of the form and send it in with the repair, please send us your device only and battery no covers cables memory cards ect.
Once We Receive Your Mail-in – Repair
Once it arrives at our Repair Facility, we will call you letting you know it arrived safe and sound. Once we repair the unit, we will call to take credit card payment over the phone or we can email you an invoice and you can pay us via bank deposit.
Once payment has cleared we will
be sending you a copy of the receipt will be shipped back with your device. We warranty all repairs for 90 days. Give us a call if you have any questions.
